This year we will be selling the delicious World’s Finest Chocolate. Each item sells for $2 and
comes with a valuable FREE membership to www.threewinners.com, a $20 value!! This website

This chocolate sale will raise needed funds for programs and activities that benefit our students.
IMPORTANT: Contacting family, neighbors, close friends, and coworkers via email, facebook, or

Door to door selling is NOT encouraged.

IT’S EASY TO ORDER! Remember all items sell for $2 each, fill out the attached order forms and
return it to the school. PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN YOU ORDER- CASH AND MONEY ORDERS OR
PERSONAL CHECKS PAYABLE TO THE HALEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ONLY PLEASE.
Chocolate will be distributed Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
