Join Coach Starble and Haley staff in supporting Safe Routes to School. Students and families should meet in the parking lot outside L&M at 8:00AM to together walk to school.
We welcome back our America Scores program for our grade 3-6 students beginning Tuesday, September 20th, 2017.
Sessions will be held on Tuesday-Thurday afternoons at the Haley from 2:30-5:30PM. Applications were distributed to students today. Please return forms completed if you are interested in your students joining this fantastic program! Our Annual Green Up Day is upon us. Students and staff will work together to "green up" our outdoor space. We would love to have families join us on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 9am.

Over the course of the year, students will travel to participate in a series of workshops. "Urban Improv is an interactive program for young people that uses improvisational theater workshops to teach violence prevention, conflict resolution, and decision-making. The program's innovative curriculum helps students deal creatively with major issues in their lives. It is truly a rehearsal for life." The Haley Pilot School welcomes back artists from the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra!
Over the course of the year, our resident artist will be working with K2-grade 2 students on a weekly basis. Please be sure to complete and return the permission form to your child's teacher and/or reach out if you have any questions. Families interested in private lessons through BYSO should reach out to Ms. Amy at atatreauwedge@bostonpublicschools.org Exam School and ISEE registration forms were distributed this week to both 6th and 8th grade students. Please be sure to visit the registration form at BPS Exam School Registration.
The Haley Pilot School also offers a free afternoon preparation class for the ISEE exam on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:45-3:45PM beginning October 26th, 2017. Transportation is NOT provided. If you are interested in enrolling your student please complete and return the registration form sent home with your student. |
