To: Parents/Guardians From: Nurse Name – School Nurse Date: June 15, 2018 Subject: Prescribed Medications
As the school year comes to a close, I want to remind you that your child has prescribed medications in our Health Office that need to be picked up at your earliest convenience. Medication will not be sent home with your child in their back packs.
Your child may need to take their medications to summer programs (Inhalers, EpiPens, Diabetes Supplies, etc.). Please be sure the camp or summer school nurse has your child’s medication and orders from their doctors. Once school closes, you will not be able to pick up any medications from school. Any medications not picked up by the end of the school year will be discarded. Please make every effort to pick up your child’s medication as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.

Attention all parents: Would you be willing to donate your time or your money to the raffle for Spring Spectacular? We urgently need parents to donate the following:
Legos that are valued at about $80
An iPad valued at $280
Art/craft supplies valued at $80
We are making these into raffle baskets and only make a profit if parents can donate these items.
Last year we had two or more families go in together on an item to reduce the burden on one family. Do you have a friend who would go in on an item with you? Do you know a business owner who would donate any items above?
Also, if you have the time to go out and physically get these items, please contact me ASAP. We need you!!!
Let's make this a great fundraiser!!! Contact Mary Blanchard if you can help. firstname.lastname@example.org 617-821-5794
